Shipping Policy
Business Supply appreciates its customers and acknowledges you have a choice in where you buy your office, technology and custom printed products. We do our best to provide the best prices for our merchandise without unreasonable additions for shipping. Business Supply utilizes different carriers in an effort to transfer the greatest savings possible to our customers.
All orders over $40.00 ship for Free. Orders under $40.00 ship for $5.00.
This includes oversize items such as furniture and filing cabinets. Free Shipping is dock to door only. Inside delivery is extra and will need to be set up prior to shipment. Please call us at 1-888-319-0863 to set up an inside delivery. Please include accurate contact information (phone # and e-mail address) with all orders to expedite and ensure the order is processed satisfactorily. Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be automatically applied if your shipping address is in NC.
Hawaii/Alaska
At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii
APO/FPO
At Business Supply we have a proud tradition of being able to quickly and successfully deliver to our APO/FPO customers. We sincerely appreciate having the opportunity to support our overseas service members and their families.
Expect an additional 7 to 14 days for the order to arrive at your location. Circumstances unique to the individual MPO's and beyond Business Supply's control can possibly cause delays as long as 30 days.
We can ship most items that are designated in our site as "Next Business Day" items; though individual APO/FPO zip codes have restrictions that are specific to the overseas location they serve (we will contact you with any special situations we encounter in processing your order).
On the Business Supply registration page, use "APO" or "FPO" as appropriate in the City field, and select "Armed Forces AA/AE/AP" as appropriate in the State field. Please include accurate contact information (phone # and email address) with all orders to expedite this process.
Orders will ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders under $90.00 are charged a flat fee of $15.00. For orders $90.00 and above, the shipping charge will be 15% of your order total.
Custom Printed products ship times are dependant on when they are printed. An estimated ship date will appear in your shopping cart and at checkout.
PO Boxes
We regret that we are presently unable to ship to Post Office boxes.
